Luis R. – Lead Technician

Luis has been on Miami roofs since he first started carrying shingle bundles up a ladder. He’s GAF and CertainTeed certified, which matters when you want the manufacturer’s material warranty to actually stick. Off the clock, Luis rebuilds small engines in his garage in Westchester. If he quotes you a repair, he’s already worked out three ways to do it before he climbs down.

Dana M. – Senior Installer

Dana leads the install crew on full roof replacements across Miami, from Kendall to Coconut Grove. She’s our Owens Corning and Atlas specialist and has installed every major shingle brand Mercer works with. Dana is particular about flashing and decking. She’s the first to notice when old plywood under the shingles has gotten soft from years of humidity and salt air, and she’ll show you exactly what she found before a single new sheet goes down. She grew up in Hialeah and knows the local building code like it’s a second language. Her installs pass inspection on the first visit more often than not.

Carmen T. – Service Coordinator

Carmen is the voice on the phone when you call Mercer Roofing Co Miami. She doesn’t route you to a call center.
